HOW DOES IT WORK ? Actually, it all works quite simply. The first time you will have to activate your account. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can request a password by typing in your membership number and zip code. Then you will have to provide an e-mail address to continue. Did you not want to be a member yet but would like to become a member? Then select “Create account” and then fill in the required fields and. Once logged in, you will notice that the child details are all in 1 field (name, date of birth, and possibly gender) in a box. This is because it was stored in the old system and thus imported in that way. You need to change / correct this yourself by putting the right info in the right fields and saving it.
